Contact myspace and explain to them your situation.
How someone else is faking that they are you and that you are the REAL artist.
They will transfer the account/name to your email and and make you a new password.

oh, and yeah contact myspace. They're really nice about doing things like that. They've helped Eric Prydz like 4 times or more.
I were i bit suspicious since the site didn't look very official and didn't have like new tunes and that.
